This position is responsible for acquiring, growing and deepening Branch Banking customer relationship through effective relationship management and superior service delivery.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate NTB business to achieve defined targets in terms of no. of customers, volumes at Branch Level.
• Achieve the defined target across all product KPI’s including deposit, consumer cross-sell and bancassurance.
• Achieve targets of Digital (Mobile App) Registrations to convert counter transactions to digital channel.
• Ensure proper KYC / Risk Profiling of customers with the support of RM & BM.
• Greet, meet & facilitate the customers (existing & walk-in) visiting branch.
• Monitor and ensure best service quality to customers with the support of RM, BM & Operations staff.

Communications And Working Relationships:

• Internal: Branches, District, Region, Cluster and staff from cross functional units of the bank
• External: Walk-in customers both New/ Existing and Auditors
