The Gentle Spaw provides a high end mobile dog grooming service in the Temecula and surrounding areas. Dog Grommer clientele we service is looking for a luxury experience for their dogs with no cages, 1 on 1 with the groomer, and high quality shampoos and treatment.
The Gentle Spaw is a small veteran owned business local here in the Temecula. We are looking for a motivated groomer with a minimum of 4 years experience to come join our growing team. This opportunity would be great for someone who works out of their house or shop and looking to expand their clientele and opportunity. We provide foundation for success, just need a motivated groomer looking for opportunity.
This is a commission based position. The commission pay is 40% gross sales, + 100% tips, + monthly bonuses. As a company we provide a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter van converted by Hanvey Conversions, we cover diesel, marketing, cell phone and most supplies. You will be expected to maintain relationships with your clients and handle rebookings and rescheduling. Our current groomers average 80 dogs per month at approx $140 per groom.
- Commission 40% gross sales, 100% tips, performance bonus
- Tips average $400-$800 extra per month on top of pay. Groomers receive 100% of tips.
